Party Planner
There is a very selective group of customers that their hours, occupation, etc. limit on the time available to go to several stores to try to select the services for the event. Fiestas Depot will plan and coordinate all activities for your event from the invitations to services: entertainment, cake, meals, drinks (non alcoholic), complete decoration of the site (balloons, piñatas, center table, etc.). , Tables, chairs, tablecloths, tents, bounces, attended, and so on. To do this we charge a fee for the advice of Party Planner.
Suggestions for your event or party
Consider the help of a family member to welcome your guests and to be at the start time of the set-up.
Five to eight months before the event, select the date, place and time (Park, country club, etc). Each time, the park becomes more difficult to find space to rent in shelters.
Make a list of potential guests (adults and children), consider the number of males and females.
Take into account the wishes of the child to choose the theme. We can give advise in the store with our wide range of topics with over 3000 photographs.
Place the order to make the invitations about 4 to 8 weeks before the event.
Ask at the site of the party about what services they provide within the rental contract: bureau, chairs, place to hang the piñata, rules of the place (time, restrictions, etc.) Availability of electricity for the bounce house and / or cotton candy machines, and so on. Ask if you can cook fast food on site: hamburgers, hot dogs, and so on.
In case of using a residential site, make sure that the site meets the conditions to make all set-up effectively (Parking place for the trucks, electricity to inflate the balloons, etc.).
Check the available space in open area to place bounce, tents, and so on.
Consider the hours and plan for delivery of major equipment to avoid delays in the work of Set Up.
Take an idea of what would the distribution and organization of tables of guests be, cake table, the gift box, the decorations with balloons, hot dog machines, pop corn, cotton candy, and so on. Otherwise, simply bring us an idea of the dimensions or photos of the site. It is also important to plan which would be the best time for the show entertainment (clown, magician, train, ponies, etc.), the time to do the piñata, sing happy birthday and time to pick things (pick up time) and so on.
Define the type of food between: Hamburgers, hot dog, pork sandwich, chicken breast sandwich, and so on. Define the amount and type of appetizers (Deditos, croquettes, tequeños, pies, cakes, etc.).. In addition, the selections of machines you want to rent between the Hot Dogs, Snow Cone, Cotton Candy and Pop Corn.
Estimate the number of servings of cake or if you want to give Cupcakes.
It is suggested combining the colors of the theme of the party with tablecloths on the tables, chairs and covers with ties for the chairs and the balloon decoration on the site. Come to the store between 10 to 12 weeks earlier to advise you with time before the event and to select the date on our agenda. If there is a deposit for an order, then there will be a compromise between both parties (Fiestas Depot and the client). A budget (proposal) does not guarantee a commitment on our part to save the dates for your event because if another client wants to celebrate his event with the same or different theme on the same date and he/she gives a deposit; such constitutes a compromise of both parties to make the event happen
