Policy
The products are rented and are property of Fiestas Depot unless otherwise noted. It requires a 50% deposit at time of order and the balance needs to be paid off 48 hours before the event. This balance may NOT be paid by check under any circumstances unless a cashier check is used under the name of Fiestas Depot.
The company does not return money under any circumstances and it only gives credit for 100% only if there is no material wasted when making the order; otherwise, the company reserves the right to define the amount that will not be recovered by the customer. It is recommended not giving any orders 4 days before the event.
If the customer gives a deposit for an order, then there will be a compromise between both parties (Fiestas Depot and the client). A budget (proposal) does not guarantee a commitment on our part to save the dates for your event.
Fiestas Depot reserves the right to change prices and terms of sales.
We provide the flexibility to the client to pay the balance up into three parts (payments). Accepted methods of payment are by debit cards and / or credit, money order, cashier check or cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Our prices do not include the content for the piñata (sweets, toys, etc.). It is recommended not to load in more than 12 pounds of candy and toys in the piñatas.
We have the services of delivery, set-up and pick-up in the area of Miami-Dade and Broward with a surcharge on fares, hotel, shopping center and condominiums that force us to unload at a loading-dock area or elevators. Fiestas Depot is not liable for delays caused by the lack or failure of mechanisms available to facilitate the work of Set Up (elevators, escalators, doors closed and restrictions on truck parking among other things).
The price of delivery depends on the volume and distance. The delivery will be made if there is no outstanding balance on the contract.
The client should consider the continued presence of a person on the site to receive the delivery and Set Up. The customer would have to pay again the cost of delivery if he/she wants to receive new products and services
The Set-up service covers only goods that Fiestas Depot brings in the delivery. These services are key towards making possible your event which is why we stress the importance of this charge to customers because this ensures the recruitment of necessary staff (drivers, fuel, aides for loading and unloading, etc.). To carry out with success (on time) the preparation of the party (furnishings, placement of chairs, tables, tablecloths, centerpieces, etc.) any delivery containing balloons will be conducted two hours before the event.
We require a customer's credit card and/or cash as security for any damage, loose, water damages or no return of the product: Piñatas, centerpieces, chairs, tables, tablecloths, and so on. In this card, you will be charged ($75 to $250) at the time of preparing the invoice. In the absence of any harm, we will make a return of the money 48 or 72 hours after the party.
If you decide to pick up any product in the store, you should return these in a period no longer than 48 hours. Otherwise you will be charged a daily fee which will be specified in the invoice. This fee will be discount of the security deposit.
Remember that Fiestas Depot reserves the right to not receive more orders of events for a given time.
Fiestas Depot is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of its products by customers and guests: Fun Machines, Piñatas (overweight), misuse of the stick hitting the piñata, stands for Piñatas, Tents, chairs, tables, the remains of deflated balloons can choke children if they put them in their mouths, and so on.
When a customer rents the machine for Snow Cone, Fiestas Depot provides the supplies except the ice.
At the end of the event, it is the customer's responsibility to operate and collect waste from balloons before our personal pick-up reaches the site. Note that the company is not liable for these responsibilities.
The customer is responsible for all the assets from Fiestas Depot installed on the site, so the customer cannot leave until our staff reaches the site of the event. Try to make sure with our staff that everything is in good condition and complete to avoid future misunderstandings. The concession or fun machines as well as the piñatas, tablecloths, covers chairs, centerpieces, banners, gift box, decorated tables, and so on must be safe and protected from the rain, wind, and so on.
The customer must return the products in the same condition in which they were delivered. On the contrary, the client will be charged a fee for security.
When the customer rents chairs, tables, tablecloths; the customer must organize all of this in order to facilitate the pickup of such or else the customer will be charged to the account an extra $ 50.00. When the customer rents machines Cotton Candy, Pop Corn, Hot Dogs, and so on, the customer must clean the equipment.
For customers who rent chafing dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc, the remaining of food must be removed from the equipment, rinsed and stored in plastic containers to maintain these in safe conditions or else we will make a charge of $ 50.00 on your credit card or will be discount the security deposit.
If the tablecloths get wet due to the rain, they should not be stored in plastic bags given that they can be damaged by fungi and stain. A $ 20 fee will be charged for tablecloth damage. It is recommended to dry them first before placing them in a plastic bag. Special care must be taken with the use of candles and prevent wax from getting in touch with the tablecloths. If it happens one fee $20 will be discount the security deposit.
The customer should indicate whether the site has electricity for the machines, bounce house, power to inflate balloons, and so on.
We do not accept to pick up by store the Cutout woods, Balloons with stand, Gift box and 8 ft. rectangular tables.
